After The 72 Hours

You’ve awakened yourself to the automatic stories running in your head, and you’ve practiced rewiring your stories and your nervous-system. You may have immediately felt some realignment, but it can also take several days to take hold. Remember, your mind can time travel to the future but your body needs daily integration to catch up. Now you maintain momentum by:
- Continuing to recognize and rewrite outdated stories as they surface.
- Checking decisions against your Emotional GPS. This is your North Star that helps you gauge the alignment between mind and body.
- We recommend running one thin-slice experiment each week for the next 4–6 weeks.
Clarity and mapping your nervous system to your stories comes from repetition. Your identity grows through practice, and your life reshapes around what you do consistently.
Optional Accountability Partners
We strongly recommend finding an accountability partner to check-in with and talk about what you’re experiencing. This could be a friend or someone on the 72-Reset program. If you’d prefer to do it alone then speak out aloud your insights to the mirror or while out on a walk. Studies show that speaking your thoughts out loud have a way of providing clarity and calmness to your nervous system.
These create light accountability without pressure. We would also love to meet you in person and have you join us at one of our retreats. Spots are limited so apply early.
